VA Monument Marker Program
The Department of Veterans Affairs provides free memorial markers for eligible veterans. We can help you:
- Determine eligibility for VA-provided markers
- Complete and submit VA Form 40-1330 application
- Coordinate delivery and installation at cemeteries in Oklahoma and Texas
- Supplement VA markers with custom family monuments
Note: VA-provided markers have specific design limitations. Many families choose to supplement with custom monuments that allow more personalization while still honoring military service.
